The Highway Department received an updated paving schedule from its paving contractor. The schedule as of May 18, 2026 is:

Severne Road - Wednesday, May 20, 2026

G. Fullagar Road and Lerch Road - Thursday and Friday, May 21 - 22, 2026

Please understand that road paving schedules are highly weather-dependent. Asphalt requires specific moderate temperatures and dry conditions to cure properly. Rain, extreme cold, or high winds will immediately cause work delays and shift this timeline. Lastly, the use of these roads will be restricted so please plan ahead. Access will only be granted to emergency response agencies. (Note. Please do not park on these roads during the scheduled days.)
