The Town Court is committed to administering justice fairly, impartially, and in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. The Court strives to serve every person with professionalism, integrity, dignity, respect, and courtesy.
Town Courts, commonly known as Justice Courts, hear a variety of matters within their legal jurisdiction, including vehicle and traffic cases, criminal offenses, violations of local laws, small claims, civil matters, and landlord–tenant proceedings.

Hours of operation:
Court is in session every 2nd and 4th Thursday, starting at 9 AM, excluding holidays.
