What is the Planning Board?

The Planning Board of the Town of Milo is comprised of appointed members who review and make determinations on applications pertaining to new private roads, special use permits, and subdivisions to ensure compliance with local laws.

How do I submit my application for review?

Applications for review by the Planning Board shall be submitted to the Department of Development Services. If all required documents are submitted, that department will schedule the review of the complete application by this board based on the approved schedule. (Note. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.)

Who are the members of this board?

The members of this board are appointed by the Town Board. Currently, the members are:
