2025 NYS Energy Code and Uniform Fire Prevention / Building Code

Please be advised that the updated 2025 NYS Energy Code and Uniform Code will become effective December 31, 2025. Any building permit applications that have not been accepted for intake  prior to December 31, 2025 will be reviewed for compliance with this new state codes.
